Norfolk Southern Railway Company (1200 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309) is submitting a Notice of Intent letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the following project: Proposed Siding Extension near Sidney, Indiana. The project is located in Kosciusko County, IN between County Road (CR) E 800 S to the northwest and CR S 400 E to the southeast (Lat. 41°6’41”N, Long. 85°47’6”W). Runoff from the project site discharges to areas draining to an unnamed tributary to Plunge Creek, Walnut Creek, or Peterson Ditch.
