NAPPANEE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
The City of Nappanee Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana.
The purpose of the Hearing is to hear Variance request #03-21-BZA, filed by
Todd Hochstetler, 1851 Waterfall Drive, Nappanee, Indiana 46550.
The request is for a variance from the Nappanee Unified Zoning and Subdivision Control Ordinance to allow the construction of an in-ground pool that will have a front yard setback of 12 feet and a side yard setback of 5 foot. The zoning ordinance requires a 30-foot front yard setback and a 15-foot side yard setback. The property is located at 1851 Waterfall Drive, Nappanee, IN 46550.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY: Heritage Farms Residential Planned Development Phase 2 Lot numbered eight (8) City of Nappanee, Elkhart County Indiana
A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee, Indiana, City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana.
Written objections that are filed with the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.
All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
