    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.  43D03-1908-MF-000084 wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Diana G. Snell, was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the   24th day of  August, 2021, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Lot Numbered Sixty-three (63) in the plat of Pond-O-Rosa Fifth Addition, Warsaw, Indiana, as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 47 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
