    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Marlin Swartz Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Public Use to Residential District, The Following Real Estate, located on North side of Brooklyn St. and 150’ East of Main St., in the Town of Syracuse Key Number: 008-024-206 & 008-024-205 in Turkey Creek Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    Description: A tract of land in the southeast quarter of section 6, township 34 north, range 7 east, Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

    Beginning at the northeast corner of lot number 3 in the Syracuse Water Power company's Addition to Syracuse, recorded in the office of the recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana in Plat Book 1, page 153 also being on the southerly line of the property conveyed to Lowell D. & Jeannie Coverstone in Document No. 2002050927; thence easterly, along said southerly line to the centerline of Turkey Creek; thence southeasterly, along said centerline to the intersection of a west line of the Old Syracuse Elementary School, thence south, along said west line and said west line, extended to a corner of said Old Elementary School being on the north line of the second story of said Old Elementary School; thence west, along said north line to the northwest corner of said second story, thence south, along the west line of said second story to a point on the northerly line of Dolan and Miles's Addition to Syracuse as recorded in the office of the recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana in plat book 2, page 149; thence northwesterly, along said northerly line to a northeasterly corner lot number 2 in said Dolan and Miles's Addition also being a southeasterly corner of lot #10 in said Syracuse Water Power Company's Addition; thence northerly along the east line of lots numbered 3 thru 10 in said Syracuse Water Power Company's Addition to the Point of Beginning, containing 3.39 acres more or less.
