NAPPANEE CITY PLAN COMMISSION

    The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee City Municipal Center, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of this Hearing is to conduct a Public Hearing on Petition #05-21-PLN filed by Abonmarche Engineering, 1009 South Ninth Street, Goshen, IN 46526 representing the owner Aero Ranch Properties LLC, 23965 US Highway 6 Nappanee, IN 46550.                                     

    The petitioner is requesting a Preliminary Plat approval for a 5-lot industrial subdivision to be known as Aero Ranch Industrial Park.

    ABOVE DESCRIPTION CONTAINING 50.82 ACRES OF LAND MORE OR LESS, AND IS SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY OF RECORD.

    A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee, Indiana, City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. Written objections that are filed with the office of the Zoning Administrator of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.

    All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
