INDOT - DBE Utilization Goal

    This notice is published in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR, Part 26). The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is proposing an overall DBE utilization goal of 5.5 percent for its Disadvantaged Business enterprise (DBE) Program for federal fiscal years 2022 through 2024. The goal and the rationale for establishing it are available for inspection during normal business hours at INDOT or at https://www.in.gov/indot/2436.htm for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this publication. Comments on the proposed overall goal will be accepted for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of this publication.
