The Troyer Group is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Lincoln Neighborhood Sidewalks. Located in the SE Quarter Section 9, T-32-N, R-6-E Lincoln Township, Kosciusko County, IN.  This project involves the construction of new and replaced sidewalks throughout the Lincoln Neighborhood.  Storm Water runoff patterns will not be changed from what currently exists.  Receiving waters are: Pike Lake to Deeds Creek to Tippecanoe River.  Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to Steve Ruby, PLA at the Troyer Group, 3930 Edison Lakes, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545, Phone (574) 259-9976.
