Dwayne Charles Carmer, of Winona Lake, passed away on Friday, June 11, 2021, at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw at the age of 83.

He will be lovingly remembered by his three daughters: Cindy (Rev. Chuck) McCallum, Marion; Lynnette (Jim) Engle, Warsaw; and Angelyn (Rev. Paul) VanCise, Bryant, Ind.; and two sons: Kent (Sarah) Carmer, Indianapolis; and Rev. Greg (Laura) Carmer, Beverly, Mass. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren: Robert and spouse Abby; Becca and spouse Jacob; Nicholas and spouse Laura; Josh, Eli, Kathrine, Leah, Samuel; Jaclyn and spouse Tim; and Evan, Ryan and Lauryn; great-grandson, Max; and his brother, Dwight (Judy) Carmer, Rives Junction, Mich.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and brother.

Dwayne’s life will be celebrated with a funeral service at noon on Tuesday, June 15 at Pleasant View Bible Church, 2782 W. CR 200N, Warsaw, and officiated by Pastor Mike Hontz. Visitation will be held prior to his funeral service from 10 a.m. to noon. Burial will follow with a graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw.
