The Kosciusko County Drainage Board will hold a public hearing to consider converting a mutual drain into a regulated drain as petitioned by a landowner. Said mutual drain is located in Sections 28 & 33, Township 34 North, Range 6 East, VanBuren Township, Kosciusko County Indiana and is within the watershed area of the Coppess Regulated Drain.
The hearing will be held June 24, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. on the 3rd floor in the old courtroom of the Courthouse at 100 W Center St., Warsaw IN 46580. Not less than five days before the hearing, any owner of land named in the petition may file with the Kosciusko County Drainage Board a written objection. Each objector may file written evidence in support of his objection. The failure of an owner to file an objection constitutes a waiver of his right to subsequently object to any final action of the Board. The Kosciusko County Drainage Board address is:
