In according with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5-5(Rule 5) a Notice of Intent for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity a renewal is being submitted by Biggs Indiana Properties LLC to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management for the referenced project. The project is generally located about 3 tenths of a mile north of Old US Highway 30, 700’ EAST OF COUNTY ROAD 225 EAST at the end of the recently constructed MITCHELL’S BOULEVARD in Warsaw, Indiana. It is specifically located in part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 32 North and Range 6 East, in Wayne Civil Township of Kosciusko County. The project’s infrastructure is complete. But the home building is ongoing for duplex villa units and the renewal is until August of 2026. The storm water from the site will infiltrate to the sandy soils underlying the property. No storm sewer outlet is proposed from the project. The project is located in the Deeds Creek watershed which drains through Pike Lake, continuing downstream to the Tippecanoe River, Wabash River, Ohio, and Mississippi Rivers, which outlets to Gulf of Mexico.
