NAPPANEE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
The City of Nappanee Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing Tuesday, August 10th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana.
The purpose of the Hearing is to hear Variance request #05-21-BZA, filed by Jeff Taylor, 252 E. Walnut St., Nappanee, Indiana 46550.
The request is for a Variance from the Nappanee Unified Zoning and Subdivision Control Ordinance to allow an in-ground pool addition of 14 feet by 30 feet to exceed the maximum lot coverage of 25 percent to 27 percent. The property is zoned R1 and located at 252 E. Walnut St.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY:
Lot Numbered 31 in Hartman’s 2nd Addition in the City of Nappanee, Elkhart County, Indiana.
A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee, Indiana, City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana.
Written objections that are filed with the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.
All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
