NAPPANEE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
The City of Nappanee Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing Tuesday, August 10th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana.
The purpose of the Hearing is to hear Variance request #04-21-BZA, filed by
Roby Duggan, 203 N. Oakland Avenue, Nappanee, Indiana 46550.
The request is for a Special Use Exception from the Nappanee Unified Zoning and Subdivision Control Ordinance to allow a screen-printing business located in a R1 residential zone located at 203 N. Oakland Avenue.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY:
As part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 35 North, Range 5 East, more and fully described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Quarter Section; (the same being the intersection of U.S. Highway #6 and County Highway #7); thence North along the West line of said Quarter Section, (the same being the centerline of County Highway #7) four hundred sixty (460) feet to the place of beginning of this description; thence East three hundred (300) feet; thence North one hundred thirty (130) feet; thence West three hundred (300) feet to the West line of said Quarter Section; thence South along the West line of said Quarter Section one hundred (130) feet to the place of the beginning.

A copy of such proposal is on file in the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee, Indiana, City Municipal Building, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana.
Written objections that are filed with the office of the City Planner of the City of Nappanee before the hearing will be considered.
All concerned citizens will be offered the right to speak and voice their comment at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary.
