    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by William Bowmen Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Residential to Agricultural District, The Following Real Estate, located on the .North Side of 850 S & 0’ East of 600 W. Key Number: 025-070-005.A in Seward Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    A parcel of land in the west half of section 26, township 31 north, range 5 east in Kosciusko County, Indiana being more particularly described as follows; Beginning at the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of section 26, township 31 north, range 5 east said point being on the centerline of County Road 600 West; thence north 00 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds east along the centerline of County Road 600 West and west line of said section 6 a distance of 329.0 feet; thence south 88 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds east a distance of 1795.25 feet, thence south 00 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds west, a distance of 596.0 feet; thence north 88 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds west, along the centerline of the existing 16-foot roadway a distance of 1606.55 feet; thence north 00 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds west along  fence line a distance of 267. feet; thence north 88 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds west along the fence line and the north line of a cemetery, a distance of 186.0 feet to the point of beginning.

    Less and excepting therefrom:

    A tract of land in the southwest quarter of section 26, township 31 north, range 5 east, Seward Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a PK nail marking the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of said section 26, township 31 north, range 5 east; thence south 89 degrees 05 minutes 43 seconds east, along the north line of said southwest quarter, 191.00 feet to a McCrea capped 5/8 inch rebar and the Point of Beginning; thence continuing south 89 degrees 05 minutes 43 seconds east, along said north line, 255.58 feet to a McCrea capped 5/8 inch rebar; thence south 00 degrees 45 minuets 01 second west, 266.52 feet to a mag nail within the right-of-way of County Road 850 South; thence north 89 degrees 04 minutes 50 seconds west, within said right-of-way, 247.76 feet to a PK nail; thence north 00 degrees 55 minutes 45 seconds west, 266.59 feet to the point of beginning.

    This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Agricultural Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, August 4, 2021 At 1:00 P.M.

    All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.  Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
