TOWN OF SILVER LAKE, INDIANA
To: Residents of Silver Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana
You are hereby notified that on the 11th day of August, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Silver Lake Town Hall, 604 N. Jefferson St., Silver Lake, Indiana, the Silver Lake Town Council will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Chris J. Parker for vacation of an alley described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest comer of Lot 10 in Sell's South Addition to Silver Lake, Indiana, thence north 12 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 11 in said addition, then east, on and along the south line of said Lot 11 to the southeast corner of said lot; thence south to the northeast corner of Lot 10; thence west to the southwest comer of Lot 10 and the place of beginning.
