Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Mike Vest Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Industrial 2 to Commercial District, The Following Real Estate, located at 970 N Lake St., Warsaw Key Number: 003-037-005.a in Wayne Township.
And Described As Follows, To Wit:
A tract of land being located in the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 7, township 32 north, range 6 east, 2nd p.m., in the City of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of said section 7; thence west, 733 feet (recorded), thence north 32 degrees 17 minutes west along the centerline of Old US Highway 30, 712 feet (recorded), thence north 87 degrees 43 minutes east, 50 feet (recorded) to a 1/2 inch on bar on the north line of Old US Highway 30, said point being the point of beginning, thence north 32 degrees 17 minutes west, along said north line, 241.80 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar; thence north 59 degrees 34 minutes 05 seconds east, 120.1 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar, thence south 32 degrees 17 minutes east, 237.65 feet; thence south 57 degrees 35 minutes 15 seconds west, (south 57 degrees 43 minutes west recorded), 120.00 feet to the point of beginning.
This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Commercial Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, August 4, 2021 At 1:00 P.M.
All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
