    The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned:  You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint on Note and for Foreclosure of Mortgage as to Vacant Property on the following described real estate:

    A part of Government Lot Number 4, being the North fractional half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 30 North, Range 6 East, in Lake Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a point that is 257.98 feet South and 841.3 feet West of the East Quarter post of Section 6, Township 30 North, Range 6 East, said point being the Northwest corner of a tract of land deeded by Tray Coy and wife to A. B. Collett, by deed recorded in Deed Record 135, Page 261, of the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence South along the West line of said tract 383.2 feet (recorded bearing and distance) to an iron pipe on the North line of a public cemetery; thence West along the North line of said cemetery 245.5 feet (recorded bearing and distance) to the Northwest corner of said cemetery; thence South along the West line of said cemetery 239.5 feet (recorded bearing and distance); thence West 197 feet (recorded bearing and distance) to the East line of a tract of real estate sold and conveyed to Francis Bird March 25, 1950; thence North on said East line 195 feet (recorded bearing and distance); thence east 66 feet (recorded bearing and distance); thence North 206.5 feet (recorded bearing and distance) to a 2 1/2 inch diameter steel post set on the South line of Amelia Avenue as shown in the plat of the First Addition to Coy Flats, said point being the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds east along the South line of Amelia Avenue a distance of 155.50 feet (recorded distance) thence South 01 degree 04 minutes 04 seconds West a distance of 125.03 feet; thence South 89 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 153.17 feet to a 1/2 inch diameter x 20 inch iron pipe, set this survey; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds a distance of 125.00 feet to the point of beginning.

    And Commonly known as: 3229 W  Amelia  Dr  n/k/a  411  W  Amelia Avenue, Silver Lake, IN 46982.

    This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are known to me:

    State of Indiana through its Department of Revenue

    This Summons by Publication is also specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are unknown to me:

    The Unknown Heirs at Law of Nathan L. Baldridge, Deceased

    In addition to the above named Defendants being served by this Summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.

    If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.

    You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, on or before the 24th day of August, 2021 (the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit), and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
