Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Martin Bahney requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit oversized accessory building on his property which is located at 1205 Wooster Road, more particularly described as follows:

The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 26th day of July, 2021 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
