The East Half of Lot Number 11 and Lot Number 12 in Block Number 8 of Dr. I. J. Becknell`s Addition to the Town of Milford, now the Incorporated Town of Milford Junction according to the plat thereof in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
Commonly known as: 307 S. Higbee St, Milford, IN 46542
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown:
Unknown Heirs, Devisees of Andrew Boyer
In addition, to the above-named defendants being served by this summons, there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
