Louis Dreyfus Company donated $1,000 to Combined Community Services’ food bank Thursday. The company, which has had a plant in Claypool since 2006, is celebrating its 170th year and the donation is one more way in which the agribusiness has marked its milestone. CCS served 625 families in November with its food bank and around 500 in December as of Thursday. Jeremy Mullins, Louis Dreyfus commercial manager, and two of his children made the check presentation to CCS at CCS Thursday. Pictured (L to R) are Tim Frame, CCS director of emergency assistance; Jennifer McKinney, CCS accountant; Ivan, Bailey and Jeremy Mullins.
