BEFORE THE TOWN BOARD OF LEESBURG
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ROY AND BARBARA HAMER, as Petitioner(s), have filed a verified petition to Vacate a Public Way with the Town Board of Leesburg seeking the vacation of a public way, which Petition has been set for hearing before the Town Board of Leesburg on the 10th day of January 2022, at 6:30 PM. The hearing will be held at 100 E VanBuren Street, Leesburg Indiana 46538. The public way for which vacation is sought, is situate in Leesburg, Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, and is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A section commencing at the Northeast corner of Lots 90 (as reflected on the Blain's Second Addition to the Town of Leesburg, Plat Book 1, page 137), then South the entire distance of Lot 90 to the Southeast Corner of Lot 90, then East sixteen and a half feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 93 (as reflected on the Blain's Second Addition to the Town of Leesburg, Plat Book 1, page 137), then North until reaching the Northwest corner of Lot 93, then West sixteen and a half feet to the point of beginning.
ANY PERSON [desiring to be heard may file an objection or comments with the Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana or with the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission, and any person may appear at said hearing and be heard in support of or objection to the Petition filed herein. The hearing may be continued by the Town Board of Leesburg without further public notice.
A copy of the Petition is on file in the Office of the Clerk Treasurer Leesburg, Kosciusko County, Indiana.
