Voss is the all-time winningest coach in the history of Grace’s women’s soccer program with 189 career victories. He led the Lady Lancers to their first national championship this season, claiming the 2021 NCCAA crown in Kissimmee, Fla.
Grace had to overcome a series of injuries and absences due to COVID during the season, yet the squad still was ranked all year in the NAIA Top 25 Coaches’ Poll.
For the fourth straight season, Grace qualified for the NAIA National Championships under Voss.
The Lady Lancers have qualified for 14 national tournaments during Voss’s 15-year tenure.
Grace concluded the year ranked No. 24 in the NAIA Top 25 Postseason Poll. The Lady Lancers have been ranked in 34 consecutive polls, the ninth-longest active streak in the nation.
