Proposals are to cover services delivered from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

Proposals are subject to Federal Code of Regulations Title 45, Part 74 and to procedures of the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority and REAL Services, Inc. REAL Services reserves the right to accept or refuse any and/or all proposals.
