“A game like this can give our team a lot of confidence. We have started to find our mojo recently. We want to attack on offense and defense, and we are starting to see that more and more. Hats off to our girls — this was one of the most complete games from start to finish that we’ve had. It’s a big nonconference win against a solid team,” said Grace head coach Dan Davis. “It’s great to start to see the balance and to see our freshmen continuing to improve. I’m excited to build off these wins. Tomorrow is a new day, so we’ll focus on the next one.”
Kiersten Poor finished with 12 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists, and Kenzie McMahon had a double-double with 11 points, 14 boards, 3 assists and 2 steals.
Kaylee Patton tallied 8 points, 4 boards, 4 assists and 2 steals, Kensie Ryman scored nine points off the bench, and Karissa Lukasiewicz had five points and four rebounds.
