    Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Indiana (the “Council”) will hold a public hearing at 7:00 PM, on December 20, 2021, in the Council Chambers of Warsaw City Hall, located at 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, concerning a recommendation to the Council to award a public-private agreement for the development, construction, operation, and transfer of certain public projects, in accordance with Indiana Code 5-23, et seq. (the “Act”). After review and analysis of proposals received pursuant to a request for proposals in accordance with the Act, a recommendation has been made to the Council to award the public-private agreement to GM Development Companies LLC (the “Developer”) of Springport, IN. Copies of the proposals and a written explanation of the basis upon which the recommendation is being made are with the City Engineer and are available for public inspection and copying at the Warsaw City Hall during regular business hours. The Council’s office is at the Warsaw City Hall, and it can be contacted by phone at 574-385-2222. This notice of public hearing is required by the Act. The public is invited to comment on any of the matters herein noted, and all taxpayers, residents or interested parties who appear will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their views on the recommendation.
