    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 4 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2106-MF-000020 wherein PNC Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Ricky Baisden a/k/a Ricky D. Baisden, Deceased was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of Jan, 2022, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO, STATE OF INDIANA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT NUMBER 34 IN PLAT OF LAKE FOREST II, CHAPMAN LAKE, KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 117, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA.
