    The Town of Winona Lake has developed an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Rights-of-Way in accordance with Federal Highway Administration requirements. The purpose of the Transition Plan is to prioritize ADA accessibility improvements for existing Public Rights-of-Way. As part of its Public Participation Process, the Town of Winona Lake will offer time for Public Comment during a Public Hearing on December 21, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. During this meeting the Transition Plan will be presented.

    Written comments on the plan will be accepted until the Town Council meeting on December 21, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. 1310 Park Ave, Winona Lake, IN 46590. Written comments can be sent to [email protected] or:
