You are hereby notified that on the 28th day of September, 2021 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Michael Arnolt for vacation of the following described portions of a public way within the Plat of Old Mill Place, Kosciusko County, Indiana, to-wit:
A portion of West Boundary Road (EMS T34 Lane) as originally designated in the Plat of Old Mill Place, recorded in Plat Book 3, page 122 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 48 in the Plat of Old Mill Place as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 122 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, thence west on the north line of said Lot 48 extended 30 feet more or less to the west line of the Plat of Old Mill Place; thence south on and along the west line of the Plat of Old Mill Place 100 feet more or less to the terminus of West Boundary Road; thence east 30 feet more or less to the southwest comer of Lot 49; thence north on and along the west line of Lot 49 and 48 100 feet more or less to the place of beginning.
