She was born on April 29, 1939, in Decatur to Melba Lee Kraft and Fred Ancil Scheiderer.
Madge graduated from Decatur High School in 1957 and the following year she was a young bride of 19 years old when she married Norman Harman on June 6, 1958, in Fort Wayne. Madge loved politics and served as the Clay I Precinct committee person and was honored as the 2005 Republican Woman of the Year. Madge was an avid reader, enjoyed being around people and always had a great smile. She loved her family and especially LOVED her grandchildren. Madge will forever be loved and missed by her family and friends.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Laurie (Gary) Renier, Winona Lake; two sons: Tom (Allyson) Harman, Warsaw; Mark (Michelle) Harman, Silver Lake; and her daughter-in-law: Ann Harman, Warsaw.
