Helwig was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs. Beginning at a railroad spike Thirteen and One-Third (13 1/3) rods Bast of the Southwest corner of the South Half of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12; thence North 00°33' West (North deed record) Thirteen ( l3) rods to and iron pipe; thence East Twelve and One-Third (12 1/3) rods to an iron pipe; thence South 00" 33' East (South deed record) Thirteen (13) rods to a railroad spike located on the South Line of said Quarter Section; thence West along the South line of said Quarter Section, Twelve and One-Third (12 1/3) rods to the place of beginning, containing One (1) acre more or less.
