TO: Gerald Greene and Unknown Heirs-at-Law, Beneficiaries, Devisees, and Legatees of Shirley J. Catanzarite
Plaintiff, by counsel, hereby gives Notice of the Amended Complaint filed in the Kosciusko Superior Court against the above-named Defendants. Plaintiff also filed an Affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of Defendants, Gerald Greene and Unknown Heirs-at-Law, Beneficiaries, Devisees, and Legatees of Shirley J. Catanzarite upon diligent inquiry are unknown. The cause of action is for default on a promissory note and foreclosure upon a mortgage on the following descried real estate:
A TRACT OF LAND IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION EIGHT (8), TOWNSHIP THIRTY-THREE (33) NORTH, RANGE SIX (6) EAST, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT: BEGINNING AT A POINT WHICH IS REACHED BY STARTING AT THE POINT WHERE THE MIDDLE OF PRAIRIE STREET IN THE INCORPORATED TOWN OF LEESBURG, INDIANA, INTERSECTS THE NORTH AND SOUTH OPEN LINE OF SAID SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 33 NORTH, RANGE 6 EAST, SAID LINE BEING THE MIDDLE OF STATE ROAD NO. 15; THENCE SOUTH ON SAID OPEN LINE OF SAID SECTION 313 FEET TO SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, WHICH POINT OF BEGINNING IS IN THE MIDDLE OF SAID STATE ROAD 15; THENCE WEST 205 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 75 FEET; THENCE EAST 205 FEET TO SAID OPEN LINE IN THE MIDDLE OF SAID STATE ROAD NO. 15; THENCE NORTH TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
