AN ORDINANCE REVISING FEES FOR THE CITY CEMETERY FOR THE CITY OF WARSAW
It is hereby ordained by the Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Indiana that Section 54-1. of Article 1 of Chapter 54 of the City Code of Warsaw, Indiana be revised as follows:
Article 1 Section 54-1. City Cemetery Fees
The Common Council of the city ordains that the cemetery shall charge according to the following fee schedule:

City of Warsaw-Oakwood Cemetery-Changing of the fee schedule for burial lots and services.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in force and effect from and after its passage according to law. Public advertising will come before implementing new prices after passage.
THEREFORE; be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Warsaw, Indiana.
