Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the Town of Winona Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana that the proper legal officers will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year at the Town Council regular meeting place at Winona Lake Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana, at 6:00 p.m. on the 18th day of May, 2021.
Fund Name: CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Amount
Major Budget Classification:
1000 Personal Services
2000 Supplies
3000 Other Services & Charges
4000 Capital Outlays
Total for CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Fund $175,800.00
Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
