Notice is hereby given that Lovewell, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (the “Company”), organized under the Indiana Business Flexibility Act (the “Act”), with its principal office located at 122 S Buffalo Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, has been voluntarily dissolved pursuant to resolutions of the board of managers of the Company. The Articles of Dissolution of the Company have been filed with the Indiana Secretary of State in accordance with the Act.
In order to make a claim against the Company, you must mail a written statement of the amount of your claim and an explanation of your claim sufficient to apprise the Company of the basis therefor to Luke Wright, 122 S Buffalo Street, Warsaw, IN 46580. You should provide any copies of documents which support the amount you are claiming.
Any claims made against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce such a claim is commenced within two (2) years after the date of publication of this notice.
