    The City of Nappanee Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee City Municipal Center, 300 W. Lincoln St., Nappanee, Indiana. The purpose of this Hearing is to conduct a Public Hearing on Petition #03-21-PLN filed by Round Table Consortium LLC, 1350 N. Main St. Nappanee and Trust No. 5219, 156 S. Main St. Suite D Nappanee, IN by and through its duly authorized agent, Abonmarche Consultants1009 South Ninth Street Goshen, IN 46526.                                     

    The petitioner is requesting a Rezoning of parcel # 20-13-25-451-007.000-021 & 20-13-25-426-010.000-021 from R-1 (Low Density Residential) to R-2 (Medium Density Residential).
