Notice is hereby given that the Warsaw Common Council will hold a public hearing on an ordinance of the City of Warsaw, Indiana establishing solid waste disposal fees, charges and additional rules regarding the disposal of vegetation. The public hearing will be held in the Warsaw City Hall Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580 on May 3, 2021 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held in-person and also streamed live online at warsaw.in.gov/watchcitymeetings. Comments will be taken in-person and by text message for those who cannot attend. In order for a text message to be read aloud during the Public Hearing, it must include the full name and address of the sender. Text messages must be sent to (574) 377-0287 prior to the close of the Public Hearing.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City of Warsaw, should contact the Building and Plan office, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580, phone #574-372-9550, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
