Notice Is Hereby Given, That the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold a Public Hearing on a Petition Filed By Robert & Phyllis Swanson Requesting Subdivision and Plat Approval for the Following Real Estate, Key Number: 013-008-002 located on the North Side of Old Rd 30 & 0’ West of 600 West
And Described As Follows, To Wit:
A tract of land in the northwest quarter of section 4, township 32 north, range 5 east, Harrison Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a 2" pipe at the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of said section 4; thence north 00º48'12" west (basis of bearings established by INDOT VRS Base, using NAD83 Indiana East coordinate system), along the west line of said northwest quarter, 733.87 feet to a McCrea cap pin at the intersection of said west line and the northerly right-of-way of Old Road 30, along being the Point of Beginning; thence North 00º48'12" west, along said west line, 95.07 feet to a McCrea cap pin a the southwest corner of Nicholas and Kristen Fehrer's property described in Document #2016070467; thence South 88º42'54" east, along the south line of said Fehrer's property, 4445.43 feet to a mag nail on the centerline of County Road 600 West and the southeast corner of said Fehrer's property; thence South 01º16'06' West, along said centerline, 236.70 feet to a Mag nail at the intersection of said centerline and the northerly right-of-way of Old Road 30; thence North 71º33'31" West, along said northerly right-of-way, 347.94 feet to a McCrea cap pin; thence North 18º26'29" east, along said northerly right-of-way, 5.00 feet to a McCrea cap pin; thence North 71º33'31" West, along said northerly right-of-way, 116.22 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.70 acres more or less.
This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room On Wednesday, May 5, 2021 At 1:00 P.M. All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
