The Town of Winona Lake is submitting a Notice of Intent letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities for the following project Winona Ave., Argonne Rd., Kings Hwy. & Park Ave. Intersection Improvements in Sections 15 & 16, T32N, R6E, Wayne Township, Winona Lake, Indiana. The water run-off from the Project will discharge into Winona Lake via proposed and existing storm sewers. The purpose of this project is to construct a roundabout at the Intersection.
