You are hereby notified that on the 27th day of April, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in the North Webster Community Center, North Webster, Indiana, the North Webster Town Council will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Lantz Living Trust for vacation of a street described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 22 in W. H. Warner's First Addition to W. H. Warner's Lakefront Addition; thence north to the southwest corner of Lot 21 in W. H. Warner's First Addition to W. H. Warner's Lakefront Addition; thence east, on and along the south line of said Lot 21 to the southeast corner of said lot; thence south to the northeast corner of said Lot 22; thence west, on and along the north line of said Lot 22 to the point of beginning
