NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Plan Commission of Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a hearing on the following petition:

    Buchan Addition, by Chad Metzger, which is a proposal to subdivide 3.59 acres into 2 lots.  The property is located at 501 Fruitridge Dr.

    The hearing has been set for Monday, October 12, 2020 at 7 PM in the Council Chambers, at City Hall located at 102 S Buffalo St, Warsaw, Indiana.  Interested parties may voice an opinion upon hearing date and/or file written comments concerning the proposal.

    The petition and file include a legal description of the property and drawings showing the layout or proposed lots and streets.  These may be examined in the office of the Plan Commission in the City Hall in Warsaw, Indiana.

    Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication,  or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Jeremy Skinner, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, IN  46580, (574) 372-9550, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
