FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY

    To: Residents of Kosciusko County, Indiana

    Kalarama Properties, LLC

    You are hereby notified  that on the 27th day of October, 2020  at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 2nd floor,  Courthouse,   100   West  Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko  County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition  filed  by  Wayne  Shaffer  and  Virginia  M.  Shaffer,  for  vacation  of  a  portion  of  Park Avenue, a public way within the limits of Kosciusko  County, Indiana, described  as follows,  to-wit:

    All of Park Avenue in the First  Addition to Kalorama Park,  Tippecanoe   Lake, Kosciusko   County,   Indiana   as   recorded   in Plat  Book 3, page 75  in   the Office  of   the    Recorder   of    Kosciusko   County, Indiana,    except   5    feet more    particularly   described   as   follows:

    A  tract of  Land  being  the agreed upon location of he non-vacated portion of park Avenue in the First Addition to Kalorama park, Tippecanoe Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Commencing at a 1/2" pipe at the northmost corner of lot number 12 in said First Addition to Kalorama Park as platted in plat book 3, page 75, in the office of the Recorder of Kosciusko county, Indiana; thence north 13º44'32" west (basis of bearings established by INDOT VRS Base, using NAD83 Indiana East coordinate system), 4.0 feet at the point of beginning, thence south 70º38'19" west, 213.54 feet; thence north 32º07'10" west, 5.13 feet; thence north 70º38'19" west, 215.16 feet; thence south 13º44'32" east, 5.02 feet to the point of beginning.
