Biryani Kitchen, serving up authentic Indian cuisine, celebrated its new location at 114 S. Buffalo St. in downtown Warsaw Tuesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce. Siva Kumar, one of the four owners, said the restaurant has been in business since November but relocated to downtown in June to have more space and better accommodate walking customers. Biryani Kitchen serves lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday; dinner from 5 to 9:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday; and dinner from 5 to 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Carry-out, delivery and catering options are available.
