The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce welcomed new member Mirabilia Massage, located inside Bar’lon Hair Cuts For Men, Tuesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Bar’lon owner Crystal Reed has operated the salon for 14 years at 215 E. Center St., Warsaw, and is pleased to welcome massage therapist Phyllis Grimes to the building. Grimes will offer massages to male and female clients.
