Lake St., RM D162, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 in an action entitled In Re the Marriage of Douglas Vonuhl, Petitioner and Michelle Vonuhl, Respondent, Cause Number 43D04-2009-DN-231 by the person named above as Petitioner. This Summons by publication is specifically directed to Michelle Vonuhl, whose whereabouts are unknown.
