NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

    Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Lisa LeMasters requesting a Variance in the Winona lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit single family rental on her property which is located at 303 Esplanade, more particularly described as follws:

    006 073 049

    The hearing will be held at  Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 26th day of October, 2020 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
