The Lancers, under head coach Jake Poyner, were ranked No. 24 in the latest NAIA Top 25 Coaches’ Poll. It marks Grace’s first Top 25 appearance since 2003.
The women’s cross-country team remained in the “receiving votes” portion of the NAIA poll for the second straight week in the final poll of the fall season. The NAIA will update its rankings in February as teams continue their seasons after the New Year.
It marks the second time in school history that both the men and women appear in the NAIA poll. The first time was after the previous poll on Oct. 29.
Grace will continue its cross-country season in the spring with the schedule to be announced.
