Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by David & Sally Elainska requesting a Variance in the Winona lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit continuation of current rental status on their property which is located at 1600 Chestnut St., more particularly described as follws:

The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 23rd day of November, 2020 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
