YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs have filed an action to quiet title to and for adverse possession of real estate in this matter. The real estate which is the subject of this action is described as follows:
PARCEL 1 (Warranty Deed recorded August 15, 1958 in Deed Record 189, Page 569):
A tract of land in the Northwest part of Section 5, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning 263.20 feet East of the Northwest corner of Section 5, Township 34 North, Range 7 East and running thence as follows: East 354 feet; thence South 19 degrees West 312.9 feet on the centerline of a concrete highway; thence West 300 feet to the East line of Indiana State Highway No. 13; thence Northeasterly on said line 311 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 2.06 acres, more or less.
PARCEL 2 (Warranty Deed recorded July 13, 1961 in Deed Record 199, Page 268):
A tract of land in the Northeast part of Section 5, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 5, Township 34 North, Range 7 East; thence South 11.645 chains; thence East 'to the East side of Indiana State Highway Number 13, as a beginning point; thence East 316 feet to the center of highway; thence North 19 degrees East 500 feet; thence West 300 feet to the East side of said Indiana State Highway Number 13; thence following said highway in a Southwesterly direction on the East side, 488 feet to the place of beginning.
PARCEL 3 (Quit-Claim Deed recorded June 3, 1965 in Deed Record 212, Page 424):
Commencing 263.20 feet East of the Northwest corner of Section 5, Township 34 North, Range 7 East; thence East 354 feet; thence South 19 degrees West 312.9 feet on the centerline of a concrete highway as a point of beginning; thence continuing South 19 degrees West to the North boundary of a tract conveyed by the Grantors to Effie P. Spencer on July 31, 1958 recorded in Deed Record 189. Page 568 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence West along the North boundary of said tract heretofore conveyed to Effie P. Spencer to the East boundary of Indiana State Highway No. 13; thence Northerly along the East boundary of State Highway No. 13 to the South boundary of the tract conveyed by these Grantors to this Grantee on July 8, 1958 (recorded August 15, 1958) in Deed Record 189, Page 569 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence East along the South boundary of said tract heretofore conveyed to this Grantee to the point of beginning.
If you claim any interest in the real estate described herein, you or your representative must file a response to Plaintiffs' Complaint within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication of this notice. If you fail to so respond, the Court may grant the relief sought by Plaintiffs.
