    The following description  was prepared by Michael W. Huffman P.S., License Number 20300034, being Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 32 North, Range 6 East; more  particularly described as follows, to wit:     ·

    Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Country Club Road and the north line of the southeast quarter of section 17; thence S 17º-23'-00"E, on and along said centerline, a distance of 110.00 feet; thence N90º-00'-00"E, parallel to said north line, a distance of 132.00 feet to the Northwest corner of a tract of land recorded in Document No. 2019021034 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana, said corner being the true point of beginning; thence continuing N90º-00'-00"E,  parallel to the north line of the southeast quarter of said section 17, on and along the north line and said north line extended of said tract in Document No. 2019021034, and the north lines and north lines extended of two tracts of land designated as Tract I and Tract II and recorded in Document No. 2018120217 in said Records, a distance of 339.58 feet to the point of the water's edge of Winona lake, said point also being the northeast corner of said Tract II (the following five courses are on and along the water's edge  of Winona Lake); thence S51º-52'-00"E, a distance of 5.50 feet; thence S41º-52'-00"E, a distance of 8.40 feet; ;thence S16º-14'-00"E, a distance of 72;.08 feet; thence S18ª-16'-00"E, a distance of 31.50 feet;t hence S56º-38'-00"E, a distance of 23.80 feet to the southeast corner of said Tract II: thence N90º-00'-00"W, on and along the south line of said Tract II, a distance of 128.30 feet to the southwest corner of said Tract II: thence N00º-15'-30"E, on and along the west line of Tract II, a distance of 10.59 feet to a point on the extension of the south line of a tract of land designated as Tract I and recorded in Document No. 2018120217 in the Records of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence  N90º-00'-00"W on and along said south line and south line extended, a distance  112.74 feet to the southeast corner of a certain tract of land recorded in Document No. 96-100823 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence N00º-00'-00"E, on and along the east line of said tract, a distance of 50.00 feet to the northeast corner of said tract recorded in Document No. 96-10-0823; thence N90º-00'-00"W, on and along the north line of said tract, a distance of 120.00 feet to the northwest corner of said tract recorded Document No. 96-10-0823; thence S00º-00'-00"W, on and along the west line of said tract, a distance of 50.00 feet to the southwest corner of said tract recorded in Document No. 96-10-0823, said corner also being the southeast corner of a certain tract of land recorded in Document No. 2006011253 in the Records of Kosciusko county, Indiana; thence N17º-23'-00"W, on and along the west line of said tract in Document No. 2006011253, a distance of 60.00 feet to the northeast corner of said tract in Document No. 2006011253; thence N90º-00'-00"W, on and along the north line of said tract in document no. 2006011253, a distance of 17.93 feet to the southeast corner of a tract of certain tract of land recorded in document No. 2018091036 in the Records of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence N00º-00'-00"E, on and along the east line of said tract in Document No. 2018090136, a distance of 57.26 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 0.81 acres of land, more or less.

    If you claim any interest in the real estate described herein,  you or your  representative must file a response to Plaintiffs' Complaint within  thirty  (30) days  of the  last  date  of publication of this notice.  If you fail to so respond, the Court may grant the relief sought  by Plaintiffs.
