Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by FSS requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit Construction of existing multi-family rental duplexes on his property which is located at 3100 and 3200 William Dr., more particularly described as follows:

The hearing will be held at Town Hall, 1310 Park Ave., Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 29th day of June, 2020 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
