Notice is hereby given that the Warsaw Common Council will hold a public hearing on requests that matters of non-compliance be waived regarding timeliness of filings (including, but not limited to, the Business Personal Property Return, along with related schedules and returns, and also the Compliance with Statement of Benefits form, which filings are necessary for receipt of tax abatement deductions, with respect to West Hill Development, LLC. The public hearing will be held in the Warsaw City Hall Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580 on June 15, 2020 at 7:00 PM. During the live broadcast of the meeting a telephone number will be given to provide for comments concerning public hearing matters.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the City of Warsaw, should contact the Building and Planning office, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580, telephone number 574-372-9550, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
